Official Recognition! Weather-resistant Technology Solution for Wisdom Coatings and DeYilong Photovoltaic Composite Frames Receives TÜV SÜD Joint Certification

On September 23, TÜV SÜD issued the PV composite coating announcement material certification and the PV composite product joint certification certificate for Zhejiang Deyilong Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as "DeYilong") and Changzhou Wisdom Bonding Material Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Wisdom") respectively at the headquarters of Changzhou Betterial. Obtaining this certification marks that strength and product excellence of the two enterprises have been recognized by international authorities. Mr. Zhang Zhulin, President of TÜV SÜD New Energy Reliability and Standardization Institute, Mr. Wu Kaijun, Head of Technology Research and development of DeYilong, Mr. Qin Jianhua, head of Purchasing, Mr. Zhang Maijin, head of quality, and Mr. Zhang Liang, General manager of Wisdom, attended the certification ceremony.




During the certification process, TÜV SÜD, in conjunction with Wisdom's weather-resistant coating solutions, conducted a series of rigorous tests on the photovoltaic composite materials supplied by DeYilong. These tests encompassed long-term weathering tests, low-temperature impact tests, ball pressure tests, and comprehensive mechanical performance evaluations. Having withstood the stringent challenges throughout the testing period, the products demonstrated exceptional performance, thereby successfully earning the joint certification for photovoltaic composite materials products. Additionally, Wisdom was singularly awarded the certification for its photovoltaic composite material coating announcement. This not only robustly validates the reliability and stability of Wisdom's coatings in combination with DeYilong's photovoltaic composite materials but also provides a pivotal reference for material selection in the solar industry, further highlighting the profound expertise and innovative capabilities of both Wisdom and DeYilong in the R&D and design of photovoltaic composite materials.

Changzhou Wisdom Bonding Material Co., Ltd., which is owned by Betterial.Holdings, mainly produces adhesives, coatings and hot melt packaging materials for photovoltaic and lithium batteries, focusing on areas such as photovoltaic, lithium batteries.The composite material weather resistant coating launched by it adopts a water-based formula, which is environmentally friendly and has a VOC content far below the national standard, effectively reducing its impact on the environment,andthe product has undergone a wet UV test of 300 kWh, exhibiting minimal color difference in the coating, high gloss retention, and no evident powdering, demonstrating its excellent UV resistance and anti-aging properties. Under rigorous testing conditions including neutral salt spray for 5000 hours, damp heat for 3000 hours, and cold-heat shock for 2000 cycles, both the appearance and performance of the coating remained unchanged, attesting to its outstanding weather resistance and corrosion resistance against salt mist. With testing exceeding 8L/μm and scratch hardness of the coating greater than 2H, it has proven its remarkable scratch resistance and wear resistance. The stringent testing results indicate that this solution can support the stable operation of composite frame products in harsh environments such as oceans, lakes, and deserts.
